This notice covers atlasbot.dev and the Atlas Bot early-access mailing list. It does not ask for or collect your model keys, bot conversations, or connected-app credentials.

What you choose to share

When you sign up, we store your email address, consent record, subscription status, preferred language, optional interest, and limited campaign tags from the signup link. These records are stored in a separate marketing database. We use them to confirm your subscription, send the launch updates you requested, and respect unsubscribe requests.

Email and confirmation links

A configured SMTP email provider processes the address and message content needed to deliver email. Google Workspace is the intended launch email provider. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unsubscribe links identify the subscription so you can opt out. Our pages remove that token from the address bar and change your subscription only after you press the relevant button.

Optional website measurement

If enabled, website analytics sends a small set of events such as signup requests and demo interactions to PostHog. Events use a fresh random identifier and allowlisted language, interest, result, or campaign fields. We do not send email addresses, confirmation tokens, full page URLs, referrers, form text, or bot content in analytics events. We do not use session replay, analytics cookies, or persistent visitor profiles. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser analytics.

Service providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, as part of delivery and abuse prevention. Website fonts may be served by Google Fonts; confirmation and unsubscribe pages do not load those fonts or analytics.

Your choices

Signup consent is optional and never preselected. Confirm your email to join the mailing list. Unsubscribe at any time through a link in our marketing emails. We retain a minimal suppression record so an unsubscribe is respected. To request access, correction, or deletion of your signup information, contact hello@atlasbot.dev.

Retention and service providers

Mailing-list records remain until an operator deletes them. Unsubscribing retains your address in a suppression record and removes the verification token. You can request full deletion by contacting us. Infrastructure and email providers may process information in countries other than yours. We do not sell signup information or use it for third-party advertising.

Family access

Family sharing is planned. This early-access mailing list is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
